RETURN CONDITIONS


The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be requested first via contact@bellafista.com. You’ll receive further instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

You’re welcome to return your item — but return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund (e.g., 20–30% of the purchase price) while allowing the customer to keep the product.


This option is provided as a faster and more environmentally friendly solution, helping us to reduce unnecessary shipping and waste.


For partial refunds, transaction and processing fees will apply. These fees cover payment gateway charges, administrative handling, and other processing costs.
