AUSTRALIA SHIPPING

We currently ship exclusively within Australia.

Shipping Cost: Free on all orders

Delivery Time: 5 – 7 business days after dispatch

Processing Time: 1 business day (Monday – Friday)

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are carefully processed within 1 business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During high-demand periods, sales, or holidays, processing may take up to 48 hours.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Most orders are delivered with Authority to Leave, meaning no signature is required. If you are not home, your parcel may be left in a safe place at the delivery address.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you have not received your tracking email, kindly check your spam or junk folder.

DELAYS

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control such as weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or high order volumes.

BELLAFISTA is not responsible for shipping delays once the order has been dispatched.

LOST OR STOLEN PARCELS

Once your order has been marked as delivered by the courier, BELLAFISTA is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
